King Bed Rooms
These spacious non-smoking rooms have a comfortable king sized bed, flat screen cable TV, small refrigerators, single cup coffee makers, and individual heat or air conditioning. There is a microwave for guest use in the motel office.
In addition to our standard king room, we have king rooms offering either a kitchenette or hot tub.
Double Bed Rooms / ADA Rooms
These spacious non-smoking rooms have two double beds, flat screen cable TV, small refrigerators, single cup coffee makers, and individual heat or air conditioning. There is a microwave for guest use in the motel office.
In addition to our standard double room, we have handicap accessible rooms with a large bathroom and metal handrails for stability.
Motel Policies
– Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM
– Rates are subject to change without a deposit on an existing reservation
– Rates are based on 2 adults, $15 per person per night is additional (max 4 adults per room)
– Children 12 years of age and under will not require a fee
– Boat dockage is available for registered guests at $2 per foot of the boat per night plus tax (we offer a long term stay discount)
– All major credit cards are accepted and we do not charge a credit card processing fee
– No personal or business checks are accepted
– A deposit equal to the first night’s charges with tax is required to make a reservation
– Cancelling requires 2 days prior notice unless the reservation is during a special event or holiday which requires 7 days prior notice
– A $20 fee applies to all cancellations that give appropriate notice; inadequate notice forfeits the first night’s charges
– All cancellations are required to be phoned-in, email is not acceptable
– We do not allow pets at this time
